Hướng dẫn xoá dữ liệu
Bạn có thể yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu của mình trong Kính Coong bất cứ lúc nào. Chúng tôi hoàn tất trong vòng 30 ngày và báo lại khi đã xoá.
1. Bạn là khách nhắn tin tới một Fanpage dùng Kính Coong
- Nhắn cho chính Fanpage đó: “Tôi muốn xoá dữ liệu của tôi”, hoặc
- Gửi email tới phungdanhkhang@gmail.com với tiêu đề “Xoá dữ liệu”, ghi rõ tên Fanpage, tên Facebook của bạn và thời gian bạn đã nhắn tin.
Chúng tôi sẽ xoá hội thoại, ảnh / tệp, tên và ảnh đại diện, số điện thoại, địa chỉ và thông tin đơn hàng liên quan tới bạn trong Kính Coong. Đơn hàng đã chuyển sang Pancake POS của shop do shop quản lý – chúng tôi sẽ báo shop xoá theo yêu cầu của bạn.
2. Bạn là chủ shop / đã dùng “Đăng nhập Facebook” với Kính Coong
- Gỡ Fanpage khỏi dịch vụ: đăng nhập → Cài đặt → Kết nối → bấm gỡ Page (mã truy cập Page bị xoá ngay, Facebook ngừng gửi tin của Page về dịch vụ).
- Gỡ quyền của app trên Facebook: Cài đặt Facebook → Bảo mật → Tích hợp doanh nghiệp (Business Integrations) → chọn “Kính Coong” → Gỡ.
- Xoá toàn bộ tài khoản và dữ liệu shop: gửi email tới phungdanhkhang@gmail.com từ email đăng ký tài khoản, tiêu đề “Xoá tài khoản”.

Data Deletion Instructions
You can ask us to delete your data in Kính Coong at any time. We complete requests within 30 days and confirm when done.
1. If you messaged a Facebook Page that uses Kính Coong
- Message that Page: “Please delete my data”, or
- Email phungdanhkhang@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion”, including the Page name, your Facebook name and when you messaged.
We will delete your conversation, photos/files, name and profile picture, phone number, address and related order details stored in Kính Coong. Orders already sent to the shop’s Pancake POS are controlled by the shop; we will ask the shop to delete them as you request.
2. If you are a shop owner / used “Facebook Login” with Kính Coong
- Remove your Page from the Service: sign in → Settings → Connections → remove the Page (its access token is deleted immediately and Facebook stops sending its messages to us).
- Remove the app’s access on Facebook: Facebook Settings → Security → Business Integrations → select “Kính Coong” → Remove.
- Delete your whole account and shop data: email phungdanhkhang@gmail.com from your account email with the subject “Delete account”.
